Free Moto Media provides professional marketing and advertising services. As we do not sell physical products, all purchases are considered service-based and non-refundable.

No Refunds on Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services — including strategy development, account setup, campaign management, and consulting — all fees paid to Free Moto Media are non-refundable once services have begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Advertising account setup services

• Managed advertising services

• Consulting sessions

• Strategy development or campaign execution

Advertising Spend

Advertising spend (media dollars) is paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Free Moto Media does not issue refunds for media spend charged by these platforms.

Service Credits

In the event that advertising funds are misused due to a verified error directly attributable to Free Moto Media, we may, at our discretion, issue a service credit to be applied toward future services.

Service credits:

• Are not redeemable for cash
• Must be used toward future FreeMoto Media services
• Will be applied on a case-by-case basis after review
