Welcome to FreeMoto Media. By accessing our website, purchasing services, or engaging with FreeMoto Media (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

FreeMoto Media provides digital marketing and advertising services tailored to the powersports industry. These services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Marketing consultations
  • Google Search advertising setup and management
  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising setup and management
  • Social media advertising services
  • Strategy development and performance reporting

All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis and customized to each client’s business goals.

2. Service-Based Sales & No Refunds

All services provided by FreeMoto Media are non-refundable once work has begun. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, results cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on market conditions, budget, competition, and other external factors.

3. Advertising Spend

Advertising spend (“media dollars”) is paid directly to third-party platforms such as Google or Meta unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

FreeMoto Media:

  • Does not guarantee performance, leads, or sales
  • Is not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, or automated decisions made by advertising platforms
  • Is not liable for media spend charged by third-party platforms

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information
  • Approve creative, messaging, and campaign direction when required
  • Maintain access to required platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, analytics tools, etc.)
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies

Delays or performance issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client information are not the responsibility of FreeMoto Media.

5. Performance Disclaimer

While FreeMoto Media applies industry best practices, no specific results are guaranteed, including but not limited to:

  • Revenue growth
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Return on ad spend

Marketing performance is influenced by factors beyond our control, including competition, market demand, platform algorithms, and budget limitations.

6. Service Credits

In the event of a verified error directly attributable to Free Moto Media that results in misuse of advertising funds, we may, at our discretion, issue a service credit toward future services.

Service credits:

  • Are not cash-refundable
  • Have no monetary value outside Free Moto Media services
  • Are issued on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

All original materials created by FreeMoto Media (including strategy documents, ad copy, and creative concepts) remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables for their business purposes.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to any active billing cycle or agreed-upon service terms. Fees incurred prior to termination remain payable and non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeMoto Media shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • Actions taken by third-party advertising platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to FreeMoto Media for services in the preceding billing period.

10. Modifications to Terms

Free Moto Media reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Free Moto Media operates.
